Please note that for group bookings, special terms apply. For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge, unless otherwise agreed directly with the Staunton Hotel.
