Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Upon arrival in Madrid and at least 30 minutes before arriving at the apartments, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property?s staff will then direct guests to their apartment.

All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving after 21:00.
