Rooms at the guesthouse are spacious, bright and peaceful. Both the suite and the double room come with 2 twin beds, cotton bed linen and towels. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days, as are the guesthouse?s public areas.

The guesthouse is located in Poblenou, close to the Forum, Mar Bella beach and the Olympic Port. La Rambla de Poblenou is a popular local street, surrounded by terraces and parks. Poblenou and Llacuna metro stations (line 4) run directly to the city centre, as does a tram line and cycling routes.

You can reach the Guest house by the Glories metro stop on Line 1 or Poblenou stop on line 4. Buses 40, 42, 56, 71, 7, B25 all stop nearby.

The property operates a minimum stay policy of 2 nights.

Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Those arriving outside of the reception?s opening hours will be subject to a EUR 20 surcharge.

A breakage deposit of EUR 100 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.

Please note that any extra beds booked will not be located in the same room as the rest of the reserved beds. The extra bed is located in a separate bedroom, although bathroom facilities are shared with the main bedroom.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
