Located in the Eixample neighbourhood in the centre of Barcelona, Gran Hotel Catalonia is an excellent choice of accommodation for those who wish to visit the city and enjoy a high-quality service. It is very close to the Paseo de Gracia and GaudÃ's main modernist buildings, like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Inaugurated in 1991, the hotel has been renovated in 2004, offering modern and carefully decorated facilities.
The 84 rooms are all soundproof and spacious with a modern interior, decorated in off-white and red shades with wooden furniture. They are all equipped with modern comforts like WiFi internet (available in the entire building) and interactive and satellite TV with pay-per-view movies.
Our restaurant offers, as well as a generous and varied breakfast buffet, an excellent international cuisine.
The Gran hotel Catalonia is also ideal for the celebration of any kind of event thanks to its 6 meeting rooms with a capacity of 450 persons.
