These stylish apartments have one double bed and a double sofa bed and are equipped with designer furniture.

Apartments come complete with sheets, pillows, towels and bed linen, as well as basic cleaning products.

Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot and kitchen utensils. Every apartment has a private bathroom and a hairdryer. The apartments all have a light, airy living room, filled with natural light. The living rooms contain a double sofa bed, a TV and a CD and DVD player.

All guests have access to communal washing machines and dryers.

All of the apartments are non-smoking.

The apartments are just 100 metres away from the Jaume I Metro station, which is on the yellow Metro line (line 4).

Please note that the FGA Downtown Apartments do not have a reception desk. Please contact the management in advance to let them know your estimated time of arrival. The email address and contact telephone number will be supplied on your confirmation email.

Earliest check-in is 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, please go to the offices at 219 Calle Sardenya to store your luggage.

There is an additional charge of EUR 20 for late check-ins after 22:00. This amount is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
