The apartment is surrounded by the narrow Roman streets of the old city, a collection of ancient churches, aristocratic houses and Medieval convents. There are also numerous leisure activities and a lively nightlife.

Cleaning fee:
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.

Damage Deposit:
Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects (including keys) which occurs during the stay.

Arrival:
Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

All check in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36, Carrer Escudellers.

Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property's staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes after the expected time.

Check-in:
At check in, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid in full, in cash. A breakage deposit will also be charged. The property staff will then show you around the apartment and give helpful advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Guests having to check in after 20.00 must pay an additional surcharge, depending on the time of arrival.


Check-out:
All guests must check out by 12.00 at the latest, although between 09.00 and 10.00 is recommended. The property will charge an additional night's stay for any apartments not vacated by 12.00. During the morning a member of the property's staff will visit the apartment to check its condition.

Those wishing to check out before 08.00 must pay an additional surcharge to the property reception.

Conditions:
Please note that the cancellation fee is based upon the full rate of the stay, including extra person charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
