The apartment management's office is situated at the corner of Pasaje Escudellers and Carrer Josep Pijoan. This office provides reception services and assistance throughout your stay. Please note that all check ins and payments take place at this office (consult opening times in the Important Information section).
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are replaced for stay of more than 5 days.
Important information
All guests must indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking by using the Comments box. In addition, all guests should call the contact telephone number which appears on the Booking Confirmation at least 30 minutes before arrival.
The payment of the entire reservation rate is required at check in, along with a EUR 50 per apartment breakage deposit (returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked). All check in takes place at the offices on the corner of Calle Josep Pijoan and Pasaje Escudellers (open 10.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 20.00). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
