By Plane:
From Barcelona Airport:
- Take the commuter train to Passeig de Gracia, and then take a taxi to the night reception on Calle Muntaner, No 60, Floor No E, Office Number 2.

- Alternatively, take the daily bus (Aerobus) service that runs from the airport to the city centre. Alight before the last stop, which is plaza Universitad. From there, it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

- You could also take a taxi from the terminal outside the airport arrival gate.

Payment Information.
Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservation.

At check-in you are required to pay EUR 150 deposit with a credit card. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Arrival Information.
Important. Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. It is imperative that you provide a phone number or email where you can be contacted at all times.

The key collection address depends on the time and date of your arrival.

From Monday to Sunday, from 09.00 to 23.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
From 00.00 until 09.00 in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).

Public Holidays.
From 09.00 to 13.45 and from 16.00 to 18.45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
At any other arrival time, in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).

For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a special cancellation policy is required.

Pets of up to 9 kg are permitted in the apartments. A charge of EUR 16.05 per animal per day is applicable.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150.00 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
