Plaça Catalunya is located just a short walk from the apartments. From here, you can use the efficient metro service to reach almost all sights in the city. Barcelona?s Gothic Cathedral and chic shopping street of Passeig de Gracià are both within walking distance. It is on this main thoroughfare that you will find 2 of Gaudí?s most famous works, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.

Payment and check-in:
When booking, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival using the Comments box. Then, on arrival in Barcelona, all guests should call the property directly to arrange check in (a contact telephone number will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site).

Check-in takes place at the property office on weekdays between 12:00 and 14:00, and 16:30 to 20:00. Guests checking in at weekends should call the property in advance to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Guests arriving after 20:00 must pay an extra surcharge.

At check in, the full cost of the stay must be paid in cash or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments). There is also a breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment, payable by credit card (the payment will be cancelled at check out once the condition of the apartments has been checked).

Check-out:
Check-out takes place before 11:00. Guests checking out after 11:00 must leave the keys on the table inside the apartment and turn off the lights.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per stay for cots.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
