Please note that check-in takes place in Hotel Max, located 300 metres away at 7 Hemonystraat. After check-in you will be guided to Hotel Iris.
The reception of Hotel Max is open until 23:00. If you want to check-in later than 17:00, please contact the reception in advance. Cash payments are preferred.
Luggage can be left at the Hotel Max between 11:00 and 21:00. The mandatory deposit of EUR 20 is for the keycard to your room.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
