Catch the public bus line 5 or blu bus ATVO shuttle coach service to Venice (about 20 minutes) and get off in Piazzale Roma in Venice.

From Piazzale Roma (bus/boat terminal):
Catch the (Vaporetto) number 1 during the day (line N at night), after 10 minutes, get off in Rialto Bridge boat station.

From Rialto Bridge boat station:
Walk to San Bortolomeo Square (don't cross the Rialto Bridge, stay on the same side of the Canal Grande), in the square there is the Goldoni's statue, to the left-hand side of the statue there is a street called Sottoportego della Bissa; walk down here and after 100 metres you will find the San Lio T.
