The Guest House is a little building for families, with about 9 rooms.
Our staff will be at your disposal to help you with any problem or to inform you about the most interesting visits of the city: we can suggest the best restaurants, where you will have the chance to taste the local cuisine. The property is well connected with public means of transports and in front the guest house there is a private access for the boats and the water taxi.

The Venetian-style rooms, located on 2 floors, all have a bathroom, TV, safe, fan/air-conditioner and are all individually furnished.
Some of the more expensive rooms overlook the San Giovanni Grisostomo canal.
Food & beverage
The guests house has a terrace with a view on the Grand Canal, where you can enjoy your breakfast during the hot season. Normally, it is served daily in your room (at request) or in our dining room.
The property has a restaurant, near the Rialto bridge, where it is possible to have half or full board service for a special price.
Area information
Located in the famous tourist area of Rialto, the hotel is near shops, restaurants, bars and the ostarie, with the famous cicchetti.
San Marco Square is only 10 minutes from the hotel.
Travel information
From Marco Polo airport:
- Take the Alilaguna for Fondamente Nuove, which is 5 minutes from the hotel. By Bus: From Marco Polo airport: - take the bus service ATVO or bus ACTV number 5 for Piazzale Roma. From Treviso airport: - Take the ATVO bus for Piazzale Roma. By Vaporetto (public boat): From Piazzale Roma bus station or from Santa Lucia train station: - Take vaporetto number 82 for Rialto (stop). When you arrive in Rialto, head in the direction of Salizzada San Giovanni Grisostomo. After you have passed the restaurant Fiaschetteria Toscana and Calle della stua/scaleter on your left, turn left and find the hotel at the end of the road.
