The hotel, recently refurbished, consists of 3 floors facing the Campo S. Simeon Grande and the Canal Grande. The 16 rooms have every modern comfort and are tastefully furnished with precious headboards, hand-painted by a famous local antiquarian, antique beams in the ceiling, precious curtains and refined details. The bathrooms are decorated with terracotta tiles and precious Carrara marble, which contribute to making these rooms comfortable and elegant.

Located close to St. Mark's Square, each apartment, measuring 50 m2, consists of: a double bedroom; a living room with a sofa-bed; a kitchenette, where the guest will find everything necessary for preparing a complete continental breakfast every day; and a bathroom with shower or whirlpool bath. Decorated in an18th-century Venetian style, the room features elegant curtains and refined antique pieces that compliment the refined workmanship.

Stazione Santa Lucia is 500 metres from the hotel. From here, take the Line 1 vaporetto for the Rialto, get off at Riva di Biasio. Turn right, follow the fondamenta and take a left, the hotel is on the Campo di S. Simeon Grande.
