Our hotel offers 4 different roomtypes:

* Standard-Rooms: 16 sqm
* Business-Rooms: 22,5 sqm
* Family-Rooms: same as Business-Rooms but with 2 beds (each 1.6 x 2.0 meters)
* Suites: 35 sqm with a living and a sleeping section with 2 beds (each 1.6 x 2.0 meters )

Our meeting location is suitable for small meetings or trainings particularly up to 15 persons.

You can choose from four different room categories:

* Standard room with 16 m² and large Queensize bed (1.6 x 2,0 meters)
* Business room with 22,5 m² and large Queensize bed (1.6 x 2,0 meters), presents in addition a trendy leather sofa
* Family room with 22,5 m² and 2 Queensize beds (1.6 x 2,0 meters)
* Suite has 35 m² with a living and sleeping section with 2 Queensize beds ( each 1.6 x 2.0 meters )

Our breakfast-room with its first-class buffet invites you to start your day successfully. The breakfast-sideboard offers products of first-class quality only, faithful to the philosophy of our company.

Our hotel is located in the Parkstadt-Schwabing, about 5 minutes away from the Allianz-Arena and about 15 minutes away from the Messe München (fairground).
We are easy to reach from the Autobahn A9.
Also there are Underground-trains (U2+U8 Milbertshofen and U6 Alte Heide) within walking distance.

Coming from the Highway A9 and A99 you follow the signs München at the intersection München Nord. After passing the Allianz Arena you take the exit Frankfurter Ring, after 1km you will see a bridge at the left lane. You pass this bridge on the right lane and turn left into the Ingolstädter Strasse under the bridge. At the next crossing you turn again left into the Domagkstrasse. You can already see the hotel at your left.
Coming from the Mittlerer Ring choose the exit Leopoldstrasse and drive direction out of town.Turn right into the Domagkstrasse at the end of the Leopoldstrasse.

Always following the Leopoldstrasse from the town centre you turn right into the Domagkstrasse at the very end of the Leopoldstrasse.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
