Take the S-Bahn (city-rail) line S8 from the airport until you reach the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof). From there, take tram number 16 or 17 until you reach Kriemhildenstrasse station. Walk down KriemhildenstraÃe until you reach the crossroads with GuntherstraÃe (50m).
Alternatively, take the S1 from the airport until you reach Laim station. From there, take bus number 51 or 151 until you reach the stop "Romanplatz". From there, walk down GuntherstraÃe.
