Our apartments offer an attractive ambience with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and crockery is separated from the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a bath. In the living room you will find cable TV, direct dial ISDN telephone with WLAN and fax connection, a working area and some apartments also feature a balcony.

These homely apartments are suitable for 1-2 people. In the cellar of our building you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note that the key for your apartment needs to be picked up from the reception desk at the Hotel Modern, Schillerstrasse 16.

The apartment building does not have its own reception, but the reception at the Hotel Modern is available at all times should you have any questions or queries.

Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to your credit card.

In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

During the BAUMA trade show (22nd ? 29th April 2007) cancellation is not possible free of charge. The total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card as soon as your reservation has been processed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
