An all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays.

Arrival by car from Augsburg:
- Take the A8 motorway and exit at München-Obermenzing
- Turn right into Verdistrasse (which becomes Amalienbergstr., Menzingerstr., Notburgastr. then Arnulfstr.).
- From Arnulfstr turn left onto Bahnhofsplatz
- Turn left again into Bayerstrasse

Arrival by car from Nuremburg, Regensburg, Landshut /Munich Airport via the A9/A92 motorways:
- Leave the A9 motorway at junction number 76 (München-Schwabing)
- Follow the B2r. and turn right into Schenkendorfstr.
- Follow the Petuelring
- Turn left into Leopoldstrasse (which becomes Ludwigstrasse then Odeonsplatz)
- Turn right into Brienner Strasse, then left onto Maximiliansplatz (Lenbachplatz)
- Turn left towards Karlsplatz, Sonnenstrasse
- Turn right into Adolf-Kolping-Strasse, then right again into Zweigstrasse, and finally left into Bayerstrasse

Kindly note that our parking facilities consist of a underground parking garage. Maximum height for any vehicle entering is 1.9meters.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
