By public transport:

All S-Bahn (city trains) pass Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). The S8 and S9 city trains bring you directly from the airport. The U4 and U5 underground lines also take you to Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is just 200 metres from the main railway station.
