Our small and friendly hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Cologne was opened in 1957 and has been managed by our family for three generations. Excellent transport links to the Central Station, university, the Cologne Fair, the Cologne Arena (Koelnarena), and our central location close to the shopping streets "Hohe Straße" and "Schildergasse" (pedestrian zones) as well as to our famous Old Town make our hotel the choice for both business and leisure travellers visiting our beautiful city. Area information
Cologne is well-known in the world for its cathedral (the Dom) and its numerous Romanesque churches. But also for its museums, art galleries, its philharmonic hall (the Philharmonie), musical theatre, theatre (Schauspielhaus) and opera, as well as its cabarets! Everything within walking distance!

By subway from "Dom" (cathedral) / "Hauptbahnhof" (central station)
Take any of the numerous trains two stations to Neumarkt. From there you will reach us (above ground) with line 9, two stations (in the direction of "Sülz/Universität") to Zülpicher Platz.
By car
Follow the signs to Kölnmesse, and then drive in the direction of Severinsbrücke (one of many bridges in Cologne). After crossing the bridge drive further on to Barbarossaplatz, turn right on the Ring. At the next traffic light you turn right again and you have reached the Jahnstrasse.
