Our comfortable apartments are located in classic, yet fully renovated buildings from the turn of the century. They are furnished in a modern style and all have a kitchen and bathroom.

The apartments are located in the centre of the former east Berlin, near Museum Island and other sights. There are a various bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk from here.

by car: drive to Alexanderplatz (centre east) and go north on Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse. From there turn left onto Munzstr and immediatly right onto Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse. Go straight until you reach Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. Keep on going straight into Schönhauser Allee and then look out on the right side for house number 5.

public transport: Take the train to Alexanderplatz, then take the subway (U2) to Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. There you get out and walk to the right up the stairs, cross the street and follow Schönhauser Allee. Look for house number 5 on the right side.

*1-Bedroom Apt*

by car: drive to Alexanderplatz (centre east) and go north on Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse. From there turn left onto Munzstr and immediatly right onto Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse. Go straight until the next intersection. Take a left on Torstr and a right on Christinenstr then another left on Zehdenickerstr. Look for house number 5 on the right.

*2-Bedroom-Apt. - Gartenstr*

by car: drive to Friedrichstr Station (centre). Drive north up the street, the name changes to Chauseestr. Take a right on Invalidenstr then a few blocks down a left on Gartenstr just after passing Nordbahnhof station. The address is Gartenstr 92.

by public transport: Take the train to Friedrichstr. Go downstairs and take the S1 or S2 north to Nordbahnhof. Leave the station in the opposite direction as the train was traveling at the end of the platform. Take a left at the exit and another left on the corner. The address is Gartenstr 92.

Please note that the apartments do not have a 24-hour reception. Please call the apartments 30 minutes prior to arrival (the mobile phone number will appear in your confirmation e-mail).

Arrivals after 21:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.

Please note that guests paying by credit card are subject to a surcharge of 4% on the overall reservation fee.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
