The complex consists of 3 different buildings boasting different types of facilities.
House I, the central building, is a villa dating from the early 20th century. House II is a 2-level addition from the 1960s. House III is also a villa from the early 20th century. Since 1980/1981, it has welcomed travel groups.

Area information
You can admire the legacy of a brilliant architect within a 60-minute radius of the hostel. It is here that the inventor Carl Lilienthal, the brother of the flight pioneer Otto Lilienthal, erected some housing complexes that were extremely modern by the standards of the period (1894-1897).
