Our apartments are brightly and modern furnished, with carpets or laminate.
The exclusive Apartments ?Dwight?, provide 1.5 rooms (approx. 40 sqm) and are equipped with a cosy living area, a dining bar with bar stools, LCD-TV, high-speed internet access as well as southward balcony with view to the Checkpoint Charlie.
Both apartments have a TV, radio, video interphone system, fridge/freezer combination, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, flat iron, hair-dryer, bed linen and towels.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.
