With over 120 of the best apartments in the centre of Prague, we take premium residential apartments on lease and sublet the units to our guests, adding our signature furnishings and services.

Unfortunately the apartments are not suited for disabled people and wheelchairs.

Please note that our office is at Zubateho 11 Prague 5, please see the map. The apartment will be at a different address, the exact address along with more information about your selected apartment will be sent in the confirmation email.

We don't provide any food service but because each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite coffee or anything by yourself. On request, we can deliver basic food to your apartment - a family package (bread, milk butter, coffee...) or a party package (beer, vodka, juice, chips...).

All our apartments are in the city centre so they all offer the best starting point for exploring Prague.

All the apartments are situated in the heart of Prague city centre and are approximately a 30-minute drive from Prague?s Ruzyn? International Airport.

By Air:
By prior arrangement and at an additional cost, a transfer service can be arranged from the airport. Transfers are charged per car (up to 4 people), one-way.

By Train:
The hotel is located approximately 2 km west of Prague?s main train station (Praha hlavní nádra?í). By prior arrangement and at an additional cost, a transfer service can be arranged from the train station.

By Bus:
The hotel is located approximately 3 km west of the Praha Florenc bus and coach station. By prior arrangement and at an additional cost, a transfer service can be arranged from the bus station.

Guests not taking advantage of the transfer service need to visit the office to check in. The office is at Zubateho 11, Prague 5.

Please note:
- Standard check-in time is 15:00 and standard check-out time is 11:00.
- If you do not make use of our transfer service you need to visit our office in Zubateho 11, Prague 5, to check in.
- If you arrive after 21:00 and do not make use of our transfer service, special check-in conditions apply. Please contact the hotel for details.
- Upon arrival we require a credit card deposit to cover possible damages.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
