Our apartments offer comfortable living, which will satisfy all your needs and requirements, whether you will stay with us for one week or several months. All apartments feature a completely fitted kitchen, are furnished with period furniture, and are equipped with a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

We are located near the very popular shopping street ?Landstrasser Hauptstrasse?, with shopping centres, supermarkets, boutiques, typical Viennese coffee shops and small restaurants. The third district of Vienna is one of the best living areas of Vienna. Many embassies are located here. In only a 5-minute walk you can reach the underground line U3, which takes you to the very centre of Vienna (St. Stephen's Square) in only 4 minutes, and within 25 minutes you can be at Vienna Airport.

From the airport:

With CAT (City Airport Train) until Landstrasser Hauptstraße (Wien Mitte), change into underground line U3 in the direction of Simmering and go 2 stops until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. It is a 5-minute walk from there.

From the train stations:

Westbahnhof: U3 in the direction of Simmering until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, then a 5-minute walk.
Südbahnhof: S-Bahn (urban railway) until train station Landstrasser Hauptstraße (Wien Mitte), change into U3 in the direction of Simmering, 2 stops until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, then a 5-minute walk.

All rates include all taxes and all costs of ownership like energy, heating and water.

Standard Service Package (included in the rate):
Weekly cleaning of the apartment, including change of towels and bedsheets, unlimited use of the Internet, telephone base rate (telephone charges are billed monthly), cable TV.

For a stay of more than 12 nights, an obligatory final cleaning fee is charged (EUR 60 for the single apartments, EUR 80 for the double apartments).

Minimum stay: one week / 7 nights.

Depending on the length of your stay, a deposit can be charged.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 15.00 per stay for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.
